About You
You love to play chess and want to help others discover that same passion. You understand the full user journey of being a chess player, and different types of players need to experience to find joy in the game. You are intimately familiar with the Chess.com experience and want to help further build out the Gameplay ecosystem.
You have extensive experience as a product manager shipping delightful consumer-facing products. You have worked deeply with design and engineering teams to define what great looks like and you communicate regularly and successfully to executive stakeholders.
What you'll do

Shape the Gameplay roadmap and vision. In close partnership with leadership, shape both the near-term roadmap and the long-term vision for Gameplay at Chess.com. From live games, to daily, to bot play, you will own the gameplay experience.

Bring ideas and sharpen them with the team. Come with your own point of view on what's worth building and why. You don't wait to be told. At the same time, engage seriously with feedback from leadership and peers: internalize it, push back where you disagree, and use it to make the work better. The vision is built together; you're a strong, informed voice in it.
