About the role:
Oscar Medical Group runs a Virtual Health Assessment (VHA) program that outreaches and virtually engages Oscar Health Insurance members in an evaluation and management visit. You may also be cross-trained to help support teams across Oscar Medical Group, including Virtual Urgent Care.
You will report into the Director, Virtual Health Assessment.
Part-Time Shift (20 hours/week is required):
• 4x5 | 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
• 2x10 | 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
• 2x10 | 10:00 am - 9:00 pm
Work Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Arizona; Arkansas; California; Colorado; District of Columbia; Florida; Georgia; Illinois; Massachusetts; Michigan; Nevada; New Hampshire; New Jersey; New York; North Carolina; Ohio; Pennsylvania; Texas; or Virginia. While your daily work will be completed from your home office, occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events.
Pay Transparency:
Rate for this role is $65.00 - $75.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting
• Use prescriptive authority as part of a collaborative practice agreement, consulting and partnering with Physicians on the care team for comprehensive care, with complex patients
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed loop communication with patients and other providers
• Use tooling to allow virtual "exams" including remote home monitoring equipment, remote physical exam, remote point of care diagnostics
• Participate in collaborative care model with multiple care
